Sigur is a noble girl who befriends Grunbeld during their imprisonment by Tudor.

Story[]

Sigur, alongside Grunbeld and other children, is abducted and imprisoned in Tudor's occupational Fort Chester following an attack on the Grand Duchy of Grant. At Fort Chester, Sigur and the other children are subjected to a harsh regimen of conversion education and military training, aimed at making them loyal to the Tudor Empire. Despite the oppressive conditions, Sigur forms a bond with Grunbeld and Edvard.

Years into their captivity, Sigur's suffers the consequences of Grunbeld's refusal to pledge loyalty to Tudor and its Holy See religious doctrine. As a punishment for his defiance, Grunbeld is forced to duel a captain, whom he kills in a fit of vengeful rage. Following this, Sigur is punished in place of Grunbeld, facing rape and torture.

Four years after the events at Fort Chester, Sigur is involved in a staged fight against a tiger in an old coliseum alongside Grunbeld and Edvard. The trio work together to eliminate the tiger, with Sigur and Edvard distracting the tiger with torches while Grunbeld delivers the killing blow using a war hammer. This act of defiance and teamwork leads to their rescue by Grant soldiers led by General Kirsten, marking the end of their imprisonment.

Years later, Sigur becomes the leader of the Flame Dragon Heavy Infantry of the Flame Dragon Knights.

Sigur intervenes when an assassination attempt is made on Benedikte. She successfully defends Benedikte, killing all of the attackers single-handedly. At a later point, while Benedikte is foretelling Grunbeld's future, Sigur appears bearing news of an envoy from Midland in the capital, to which Grunbeld sets off. Following Grunbeld's departure, the temple is attacked, with Sigur and Benedikte inside, by Edvard and Mateusz. Inside, a fight breaks out, and the two young women manage to escape with the help of the silver wolf Ludvig, though not without sustaining serious injuries.

At Fire Dragon's Lair, Grunbeld finds Sigur and Benedikte, nearly dead, with arrows in their backs. Grunbeld engages in fierce battle with Edvard and his forces, putting up a valiant effort, but in time sustaining significant injuries from his struggle. With Benedikte on the verge of death and accepting of her fate, and Sigur about to be raped by Edvard, Grunbeld sacrifices them upon activating his beherit. Sigur is then marked with the Brand of Sacrifice.
