Template:Chapter Siren (声連 Seiren?) is the 326th chapter of the Berserk manga series, written and masterfully illustrated by Kentaro Miura.

Summary

The merrows' singing causes the Sea God to flounder in pain, much to the confusion of the people on the Seahorse, who cannot clearly hear the merrows. Inside the Sea God, however, Schierke can clearly hear the merrows and feel the Sea God's movements. Suddenly, the Sea God's heart begins to quickly beat, and the merrows' singing dies away. Schierke realizes that the Sea God has used the sound of its own heartbeat to cancel out the painful merrow song.

The effort of negating the merrows' song leaves the heart unable to beat for a moment, so Schierke uses the opportunity to encourage Guts to stand and continue moving. Guts obliges, forcing himself to grab the Dragonslayer and stand up. As he does so, the Hellhound begins to exert its influence, telling Guts that he has not yet had his fill of pain.

Guts' blood pours out of the Berserker Armor as he stands, and he asks Schierke for directions to the heart. She guides him, but Guts' movements cause even more blood to gush from his wounds. He nevertheless continues to walk. The eyes on the Sea God's heart watch as Guts approaches. He lifts the Dragonslayer over his head and gives one giant swing, slicing the heart open. Blood begins to pour out of it, and Guts is suddenly propelled away from the heart by an enormous gust of wind.

The Sea God is spitting up blood along with the destroyed ships it swallowed. It then begins to collapse on itself, giving the appearance of a deflated jellyfish. The Sea God is dead.

Schierke awakens in her physical body on the Seahorse, surrounded by Farnese, Evarella, Isidro, Serpico, Roderick, Puck and Casca. Isidro asks where Guts is, and everyone is taken aback as Schierke suddenly becomes distressed, remembering where Guts is located.
