Template:Chapter Intrusion (乱入 Rannyū?) is the 260th chapter of the Berserk manga series, written and masterfully illustrated by Kentaro Miura.

Summary

Guts draws the Dragonslayer, and the guests become concerned that he will attempt to fight the monster. The beast pounces, but with a single vertical swing, Guts slices it in half length-wise, greatly impressing the guests. Several nobles approach Guts, thinking that he is a knight, and ask which army he fights for, but they are quickly killed when four more demonic tigers burst through the windows and claw them to shreds.

Serpico uses the power of his sylph cloak to execute an extremely high jump over the tigers' heads, impressing the guests just as much as when Guts killed the first tiger. He sets Farnese down with Schierke, Isidro and Casca, who clings to her. Guts makes to leave the ballroom, but Farnese pleads with him to stay and fight the tigers, explaining that her entire family is in the banquet hall. After some extra convincing by Schierke, Guts relents. Schierke informs Serpico that she has sensed the location of the Kushan magic users who currently are controlling the tigers, and he disappears out the nearest destroyed window to kill them.

The tigers engage Guts in a very one-sided battle, in the Black Swordsman's favor.
