"The Conqueror" (勝利者 Shouri sha?) is the sixteenth episode of the Berserk 1997 anime adaptation. The episode covers the second half of episode 24 to the beginning of episode 29 from the manga.
Overview
The retreat was a ruse and Casca takes Doldrey alongside the Band of the Falcon. Guts fights with the opposing general and his weakened sword breaks. Zodd, from a great distance, throws his sword to Guts. Guts defeats the general and the Band of the Falcon has another victory.
