Rules

The rules are simple. Every month we will feature two new articles. There will be a poll where you ill nominate characters and another one where you will vote for the character you want to win. You cannot vote your own nomination and you can vote only once. In case of tie we will feature both articles. Also please try to nominate articles about characters.
